On the morning of May 24, the 4th “Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (SAR) Education Bureau Middle and Senior Servant Education Exchange Program” was successfully completed at NAEA. Vice President Yu Jingtian attended the closing session and delivered a speech. Chen Bihua, the head of the exchange group, also the chief education director of the Education Bureau, Hong Kong SAR, gave a closing remark on behalf of the exchange group.
Yu spoke highly of all group members’ efforts and expressed his gratitude for their support. He emphasized that education laid the foundation for a country’s future development and it was significant for the two sides to keep close connection with each other to promote the development of education.
Chen commented that this program helped the youngsters to better understand the education development in mainland China. She hoped that mainland and Hong Kong could strengthen education communication to co-cultivate talents for our country.
QiuZenghong, Weng Xiaoshan and Cai Congxun shared their thoughts at the closing session. They said that this exchange program helped them get better understanding of our country’s national policy in a systematic way. They would provide better education services and promote education development in mainland and Hong Kong whole-heartedly after returning back to Hong Kong.
